Stephanie is a Partner and leader in Modern’s Organization and Academy Practices. She focuses on driving data-driven HR strategy, culture transformation, and innovative talent programs, with particular focus on financial services and technology clients.
Prior to joining Modern, Stephanie was an Expert Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s People & Organization practice, where she built and led multidisciplinary teams to address complex people and performance challenges. Her work combined rigorous analytics with systems thinking to drive measurable organizational impact.
Stephanie holds a PhD in Management and Organization from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where her research focused on performance and the experience of ""good"" and ""bad"" stress. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, SUNY.
