Rob Wilkes is a Senior Partner and a deep technologist with more than 20 years of experience across software engineering, mobile, product management, enterprise architecture, and business leadership. He has advised organizations on the transformation of customer, HR, and enterprise technology platforms, as well as the integration, data, and operating models required to support digital and product-led businesses.

Today, Rob partners with clients to identify, assess, and recruit senior technology leaders across industries and asset classes. His work also includes executive assessment, succession planning, and organizational design to help clients build leadership teams capable of driving transformation and modernization.

Rob brings a global perspective shaped by leadership experience across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and deep domain expertise in financial services, including banking, insurance, wealth, and asset management.

Prior to joining Modern, Rob was a Distinguished Enterprise Architect at Salesforce within the Financial Services organization. He previously served as a Senior Partner and Global Account Leader at Korn Ferry and held leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Systems and Computer Science from the University of Gloucestershire.
