Mollie is an industrial-organizational psychologist with 15 years of experience advising organizations on how to identify, assess, and accelerate leadership talent. She partners with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as high-growth organizations, to shape talent strategy, inform succession planning, and drive high-stakes executive selection decisions.
Prior to joining Modern, Mollie served as the Global Assessment & Selection Partner for Meta, where she played a foundational role in building the company’s first Global Talent Assessment & Selection function. She led the design and implementation of large-scale, structured assessment programs and established the methodology, standards, and content used to evaluate leadership talent globally.
Previously, Mollie was an Assessment Consultant at Korn Ferry, where she advised clients on executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership development across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and technology. She is known for translating complex data into clear, actionable insight and for designing tailored competency models and success profiles that define what great leadership looks like in context.
Earlier in her career, Mollie served as a People Operations Specialist at 1stdibs, a luxury e-commerce organization, as well as a Recruiter & Consultant Trainer for a travel nursing agency, American Traveler Staffing.
She holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University, where her research focused on decision-making and cognitive functioning.
Outside of work, Mollie enjoys gardening, exploring craft beer and wine, and strength training.
