Kate is a Partner leading Modern's EMEA coverage, with deep expertise in leadership advisory and talent acquisition across a variety of sectors. Previously, she led the Consumer practice at a European executive search firm. She has ten years of experience working with businesses of all cap sizes as a trusted advisor, collaborating with senior leaders to build management teams and Boards, and to support companies through organizational change. Prior to this, she worked in Investment Management as an Assistant Fund Manager on a European-focused fund. Kate received a Master's in English Language and Literature from Balliol College, Oxford University.
