Jim Hansen is a Senior Partner with more than 30 years of experience spanning consulting, executive search and financial services.

Prior to joining Modern, Jim was a Sector Leader at Korn Ferry, where he was responsible for a portion of the firm’s Financial Services practice across North America. Earlier, Jim served as Executive Vice President of O'Rourke & Associates, a boutique executive search and consulting firm based in San Francisco.

Before to transitioning into executive search, Jim was CEO of VACORP Federal Credit Union,

Jim earned his MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
