Known for his approachable style and deep knowledge of systems, he is a trusted partner to colleagues seeking practical solutions and support.
Prior to joining Modern, Happy spent more than two decades at The Coca-Cola Company, where he supported senior executives across the Foodservice and Retail organizations. During his tenure, he was actively involved in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, serving in leadership roles within Coca-Cola’s Hispanic Business Resource Group and Administrative Professionals Forum.
