Georgia Patten is a Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions, partnering with global organisations on senior leadership appointments across marketing, commercial, digital, and product functions. She works closely with CEOs and commercial leaders to identify and assess executives who can drive growth, transformation, and customer-led strategy.

Georgia specialises in consumer-facing sectors, with extensive experience supporting organisations across retail and manufacturing. She advises clients on critical leadership hires and succession decisions, combining disciplined search execution with thoughtful assessment of leadership capability and cultural alignment.

Prior to joining Modern, Georgia began her career in consumer with Hunter Healthcare.

Alongside her role at Modern, Georgia is studying for a degree in Economics.
