A McKinsey & Company alum, Gates has advised global organizations on leadership and talent across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer, and the public sector. His work includes helping scale a flagship leadership program at McKinsey that reached more than 100,000 leaders across 1,500 organizations.
Gates has graduate degrees in Business from the University of Oxford and Clinical Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
