Emily McIntyre is a Managing Director at Modern Executive Solutions and a member of the firm’s Global HR and Corporate Functions practice, advising boards and executive teams on the appointment of C-suite and senior leaders.
With nearly 15 years’ experience in executive search, Emily delivers senior leadership appointments across listed, private, and PE-backed organisations globally. She works extensively within HR leadership markets while also partnering on broader corporate function and business-critical mandates, particularly in organisations navigating transformation, growth, and cultural change.
Working cross-sector, Emily supports clients predominantly in healthcare, education & consumer, as well as professional services, technology, and financial services. Her work often centres on organisations undergoing evolution and transformation, where leadership capability is central to long-term performance.
Prior to joining Modern, Emily was with Odgers Berndtson and Perrett Laver, delivering senior leadership searches across higher education, healthcare, research, and not-for-profit organizations internationally.
Emily holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews and serves as a Trustee of Student Hubs.
