Alison is a Senior Partner leading Modern's Consumer and Retail practice. She partners with organizations ranging from large, publicly traded companies to privately held businesses to attract and develop exceptional talent.
Prior to joining Modern, Alison was a Managing Partner at a large global search firm where she led teams placing executives into C-suite and direct report roles. Previously, Alison founded a consulting and search firm focused on operational and functional leadership roles. In the first half of her career, Alison was a management consultant at Accenture, leading operational transformation initiatives for clients across consumer, industrial, and technology sectors. She began her career in various positions in PepsiCo's supply chain organization.
Alison is passionate about contributing to nonprofit organizations dedicated to children's needs, particularly in underserved communities. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
