Ainsley is an Associate Director in Modern’s Financial Services Practice, where she advances the firm’s talent consulting research capabilities. She joined Modern in 2021 as a Client Relations Manager, supporting the Senior Partner for the Global Search Practice.
Prior to Modern, Ainsley managed C-suite client and candidate relationships at Spencer Stuart, delivering executive search engagements across Private Equity, Technology, and Media. She brings more than a decade of experience spanning executive search, senior stakeholder management, and complex project execution.
Ainsley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from The University of Tennessee.
